Bring your animal to our facility and submit a completed cut sheet specifying exactly how you want your meat cut and packaged. Our team handles slaughter, processing, and packaging according to your instructions. When it's ready, you pick it up.
All processing is performed at our USDA-inspected facility in Fort Collins, CO, giving you confidence in the safety and quality of your finished product.
